There is a real easy way to find out.
Try it.

Entering the URL for the IP webmail doesn't work. It works on Chrome and Opera.

Is there a way of allowing Safe-Zone to access this website such as safe-sender or equivalent?

Hope you are keeping well,

What is the url for the mail site ?
What do you mean with IP ?
What happens if you try to open the site ?

I think the Ip webmail link is the webmail coming from the email hosting provider this is where they administer or managed their emails(that is stored on the server not on the email client that is using imap or pop3). Most of domain/website owners had their own email address. Was the Ip webmail your referring to is your webmail interface?
