There are a couple of things to fix...

...but clicking on "Fix All" does nothing.  It also doesn't say what these "couple of thing" are.

Program version 17.2.2288 (build 17.2.3419.0)

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

Repair did not solve the problem on my end.
Disabling silent mode did.
