Like to encode your mail address?
« on: July 09, 2006, 05:14:18 PM »
Hi malware fighters,

People that put their mail address out for harvesting, are being spammed. Like to encode your mail address so this becomes less likely, even when you post in newsgroups:

So can we do this in forums to send emails to virus (at) avast.com?
When you click the link, the email program does NOT translate the email address...
How can we do it?

Another tool for encryption of your email address.

Another option is to have your email address in the form or an image that can't easily be copied/harvested without OCR. Fine for humans not so good for harvesters.
