network card

i have an old laptop(toshiba tecra)with win 2000 onstalled and have a 16 bit belkin notebook network card(wired)in it but i dont have the software for the card,windows cant find the driver or software,any ideas thanks bri
sorry if this post doesnt belong here but i dont know who else to ask
