Unable to delte/restore file from virus chest.

Hello, I ran into trouble with the virus chest today and am in need of some assistance.

I installed an .exe called "FiveM" today. FiveM is a Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V 3rd party server hosting/modding application. I installed it so I could play on some specific servers with some friends. I launched the application and it installed its respective necessities (nothing of which avast locked up). I then joined a server using the app (FiveM) then closed it, wishing to reset my character. I then reopened FiveM and rejoined the server. It was then that it failed to install one of the car mods and force closed itself. When I tried to relaunch FiveM, it said that the application was moved to the virus chest.
I did some research on this and it appears to be a false positive. I tried to remove it from the chest but I am unable to do anything with it, Im not even able to send it for analysis.

I have tried disabling avast shields and removing FiveM but still am unable too.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

TL;DR: I wanted to play some modded servers in GTA 5 so I downloaded FiveM, a server hosting/modding app. It was sent to my virus chest and I am not able to remove, restore, extract, or send it for analysis and I need help as to what to do.

I am unable to repair it. It brings me straight to the installation screen. I reinstalled it anyway and no effect.

i assume you dont have more then one AV installed and that any previous used AV was removed using that vendors removal tool

Yeah, I dont have any other AV installed... though I dont think I've removed any previous AV/versions using a tool.

Ohh thanks. But no, I've only ever installed one version of avast that I've kept up to date. I have not used any other AVs on my PC.

Thanks for trying to help, but I have came up with my own solution that seemed to have worked for the most part. I just completely uninstalled avast along with the files I mentioned in my OP. I plan to reinstall avast or switch to another AV of my choosing. Here are my specs anyway, they may help in the future.
- Avast Free
- Latest version as of 11/6/18
- Windows 10 pro 64x / build 17134.345
- Nothing other than Windows Defender that came with the OS.
