Can't open email client

I haven't been able to open my email client (IncrediMail) in several days. I use MailWasher Pro and ZA Pro and neither seem to be the problem. I wrote MW Pro and they indicated the problem probably lied with IncrediMail but, I haven't received a response yet. I checked the configuration of ZA and all is ok there to work with the email client. I can't open usiing MW Pro or even open using IncrediMail direct. I'm out of ideas-does anyone know of any other ideas or if avast is prohibiting this in some way?

I would say the problem lies with IncrediMail, MW pro is independent of IncrediMail, as is avast!

I would delete the entry for IncrediMail in Zone Alarm and let it ask permission again. If ZA were blocking, it would only block sending or receiving mail, it wouldn't stop you opening IncrediMail.

So it may be easier/quicker to save/backup your emails and reinstall, than wait for a response from incredimail.
