False Positive - on software for 3,500 ecommerce stores
« on: June 23, 2023, 05:01:21 AM »
I own Shopify App Monster Cart Upsells - hxtps://apps.shopify.com/monster-upsells
Its a plugin that adds a slide cart drawer to Shopify stores.
Over 3500 businesses use this plugin on their ecommerce stores.

Avast is blocking the plugin from working and adding an alert pop-up to stores in one of the busiest times of the year!!
We need this to be fixed ASAP.

This is an example store where this is happening - hxtps://daily-orders-australia.myshopify.com/

Screenshot of popup:

This is a recording to show what's happening:

We gave already reported this through this form and called the priority hotline.

But this needs to be resolved TODAY!!! - as it's effecting 1000's of businesses worldwide! 😅
