Bootstrap scan not scanning all files since latest update.
Issue has been raised on support ticket 18687891.
Anybody else getting the same issue?
I have already:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the application.
Done a system cache clean
issue still happening when bootstrap scan reaches >20% I start getting file read errors.
Laptop specifications:
MS windows 10 Pro N
Processor: Intel core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @2.30GHz, 2301 Mhz, 4 core(s), 8 logical processors
System type X64-based PC
manufacturer LENOVO
System model 2099
Any assistance on getting this fixed would be appreciated.
