Well there would be no point in deleting those files as that is hardly resolving/protecting them.
These files could well be targets of ransomware, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be deleted by the use of the Resolve All button, but throw up the option to purchase a product.
-- With a resident (on-access) scanner the need for on-demand scans is much depreciated. For the most part dormant/inert files are being scanned, the other active files are going to be scanned by the resident shields when they are activated. This applies equally for the Smart Scan, which in the Avast Free antivirus program is more a vehicle to offer further paid protection.
