i hope someone sees this & can help...
i just uninstalled/reinstalled avast-free on my old toshiba laptop, windows 8...
part of the set up was the expected initial first scan, which i proceeded with & was given the all-clear...
however, i think the very first object it started to scan was this & it seemed to take a couple mjnutes before moving on ---
C:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\ru-RU
i didn't know what this was so i googled it, & found no direct results at all, except stuff in what looked like russian... i'm in uk
please can someone help me understand if this is part of avasts usual scanning process, is it just part of my laptop, is it something/nothing to worry about?
like i say, the end result of the scan was clear, but i'm old & not tech-savvy, so any help would be very much appreciated,
