I had a breach in a couple of accounts so I'm checking my devices for anything strange. I have the mobile version of Secure VPN on my phone. It shows both my real and virtual addresses as both belonging to a VPN. There are 2 addresses labled real and virtual but when I looked them up one was reported as the VPN address. The other number which Avast sees as real is actually the VPN server. Shouldn't it show either my modem's or my phone's ip as being the real ip?

Well I don't know, but isn't a VPN meant to hide your real IP address to prevent tracking etc.
