Avast Premium Security crashed
« on: September 09, 2023, 08:48:12 AM »
Apparently it can't be repaired without restarting the PC. Problem is I'm in the process of backing up my slave drive to a USB drive, which is at 22%. I don't want to interupt it because I won't know exactly where it will be stopped. For now I'll have to rely on my Malwarebytes program  for protection. Avast was ust updated this past week, anyone else have a problem?

Disconnect from the internet (Airplane mode works) you don't need the internet when you're backing up to an external drive.
