Incinerator

Is there a way when you get asked "Are you sure you want to move this file to the recycle bin ?" and you click yes that it goes to the incinerator directly ? by command prompt, powershell, or such ? Can I write a new config file  to go into system32 ? anyone know

Right-click on the Recycle Bin on your Desktop and click Properties. Uncheck the box next to Display delete confirmation dialog.
