Cannot Login to USPS

Ever since they updated their site, I cannot login to USPS.com.  If I use the Edge browser, I can login.  Contacted USPS by email and have yet to get a response.  Windows 11.

Tried to contact USPS via email a second time (Service Request 68686605) and got no other response except that number.  Am I the only one having this problem?
