Downloader - file wasn't available on site

Up to 2 weeks ago downloader worked fine.  Then occasionally I would get the message "File wasn't available on site", and refreshing the page solved the problem,  Now I get that message for all attempts to download a file.  Help!

I attempted to restore the computer to a time when downloader worked, but I can't since I'm using Win10.

Is there any reason for massive image, given everything in the image is in the post  ?
I'm also not sure why this is in the Avast Secure Browser sub-forum - if you were using that - what if you tried using a different browser to download the off-line installation file.

What would have been more helpful would have been the error you are getting when trying to download it  ?

I still have windows 10 and no issue when downloading it using Firefox my default browser.  Have you tried using a different browser ?

I just downloaded the offline installation file for Avast Free again - https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=327592.0 - without issue.
