switch Windows version to Android

Hello. I am writing on behalf of my neighbor who is deaf.
She only works with her Android phone. All her communications are by e-mail and sms.
She bought Avast premium for Windows. How can I switch to Android?

I'm an Avast User, so I have tried to draw some Avast Team attention to this topic (in another area of the forums).

Unfortunately there isn't a direct comparison cost/function, of the two products, so I'm not entirely sure what Avast can do.
