Renewal problems

Hi everyone, first of all I apologize if this is not the right section to post this but I'm having some issues with my Avast Premium Security subscription which is about to expire tomorrow.
I tried to renew it via the app but it doesn't work, then I tried to renew it manually from my Avast Account but it seems that my subscription status shows up as "not available".

Here are some screenshots. If anyone has any idea how I can solve this please let me know. Also please feel free to move this thread where it belongs if I have posted it in the wrong section. Thank you!

Many won't visit unknown 3rd party site content.

Attaching Images to your post - When you Click the Reply button it opens a text window for you to post your comment (reply or post).
Click the Preview button, that shows what you have input and expands it to include 'Attachments and other options'. Click that it further expands, here you can attach images, etc. at the bottom of your post.

Presumably you don't have an automatic renewal mandate ?

What if you login to your Avast Account, via the Avast UI > Menu > My Subscriptions >
That should show your current subscriptions and another Option - Go To Account (To manage and share your subscriptions etc.) - see attached image
You could in essence purchase another license and add that new activation code to your account, via your installation.

I tried it again today after the first subscription had expired a blue "renew" button showed up and I simply followed the other steps and now got the premium security running thank you for your help, appreciate it.
