VPN Does Not Start when Computer is turned on

In the General Settings, page I have checked "Start Avast VPN when my computer starts". But I keep finding it has not started, it's off and I have to activate it with the ON button. Is there another setting I need to look at?

You should go to Menu > Settings > VPN Mode and enable the option under Turn on the VPN - "Automatically when connected to the internet."

It is checked. After reading this post, I went to the app to check the setting and the VPN was OFF. The box was already checked to activate when connected to the internet.
