Is Phrase Express safe? Will Avast block it?

Hello,
I don't remember installing it, but it's possible I did when I suffered memory loss from a brain injury last winter. Anyway, Phrase Express is installed and it seems like it might be useful.

Does anyone know if it is safe?

How do I check with Avast to find out if they think it is safe?

If it is safe, but the software flags it and I can't use it, is there a way to get the software not to flag it?

have you downloaded it?
did avast alert? if not it is safe according to avast
