INF:Autorun-F [Trj]

autorun.inf is infected and z2muafn9.dll

I inserted a flash drive with some pictures on it. I was in central america and used it in a cyber cafe so I am guessing it picked up the virus there. I inserted the flash drive in my home computer and this virus shows up.
Avast first finds this virus z2muafn9.dll and then autorun.inf so I click move to chest but after 10seconds its back... its on my C: and D: drives (note my D: drive is a system recovery partition) so this virus just doesn't go away. I did a boot scan and a safe mode through scan it deleted these two viruses in safe mode but when I log into windows in normal mode avast finds the autorun.inf virus again... so I have no idea what to do.

You may well get help quicker registering on a malware help forum, rather than waiting for somebody from one of those forums to visit here.
