System not running correctly after removing viruses

I am working on a friends computer, after it became infected with viruses.  She is using Norton 360 (which I try to stay away from, if possible. I prefer trend micro internet security).  The viruses that can be restored by Norton 360 are:

trojan.Caiijing
Trojan.Vudo
Trojan.Zlob
Trojan.Metajuan
Trojan.KillAV

After reviewing the removal process for all of these viruses, I did not see where they were still in the registry, so I am assuming that Norton 360 has put them in a safe place since I do not have the option to delete them.

But IE is still giving me problems, it will not load an internet page.

The 04 line FWF points out is Downloader for a variety of Rogue anti-spyware programs. Note: located in %Temporary Internet Files%\

the 022 line with the file missing is smitfraud virus heat. Weather there are any reg entries left would best be determined by using smitfraudfix with option 1. The two above keys may very well be connected with the same infection.
