you can send the infected file to virus@avast.com for further analysis. they response fast.
avast has a great customer service including technical issues.
Thanks, as I talked about earlier in the thread, I did send it in a regular email (zipped and with a password as someone suggested), and then I send it also directly from the virus chest after I figured out how to do that. So far no response from Avast.
