Can you give us more information? What voices do you mean?

SFX has many associations. Perhaps if you look through the below ScanDoo/google search, maybe you can find something related.

Since they are all temporary files, it should be safe to delete the files.

No, I don't think so...
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\ is a system folder that should remain there.
Maybe update your virus database and send the files to Chest, rescan them within Chest some days later and check if the files are still being detected.
The error in your log (fine del file, end of the file) is weird (for me)...
