Hi,

Being a paranoid Linux user I would like to check the md5sum of the avast4workstation_1.2.0-2_i386.deb file.

I'm getting a7320ddf1f4e63d23815b2f0ae345dd3 is this correct?

To get the md5 sum of your file, run the below command at the prompt:

md5sum avast4workstation_1.2.0-2_i386.deb

thanks

John

Hallo,
being a paranoid freak too, i recommend to use the newer release-candidate here instead:
ddd10e490c72352dabf48b9ab5c50e23   http://public.avast.com/~cimbal/avast4workstation_1.3.0-2_i386.deb
:)

This version has fixed some cosmetic flaws of the 1.2.0 and is a release candidate.

regards,
pc
