A question from friends who know about "Norton Insight Scan"

are there some similar technology in avast! 5 ?
would it help us to speed up windowds if we exclude those kind of files in avast! standard shield? (known clean files)

Ok, Thank you, so you say there are not any file safe in computer to be able to ignore and speed up windows. for example music player or a heavy Game?

No, this is not said there... just that we (users, not programmers) do not know how it will work as a malware could change the file, let some of its characteristics (time and date, etc.) intact and then be ignored.
