Updated my free avast! version with two year upgraded edition.  It downloaded and at the end it said there had been an error and did not give another screen to plug in my license number.  Can anyone help or at least tell me how to contact avast! to get my money returned?  My thanks...DriverDon

There is no "Updated my free avast! version with two year upgraded edition." two year free edition or are you saying that you bought the avast Pro version ?

If so you shouldn't have had to download the Pro version, just enter the Pro licence into the home version whilst on-line and that would have 'Upgraded' the home version to the pro version.
