JPG:MS04-028 [Expl]

Today Avast picked up a "JPG:MS04-028 [Expl]" virus. The file itself was named "cookies.sqlite-journal"
It was found in Documents and Settings\Admininsitrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\cuf2jg7a.default

I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what this virus does and how I remove it should it come back >.<

Clean your firefox cache files (Ctrl+Shift+Del) should remove these files.

Looking at  the virustotal results, its a false alarm, send it to Avast. virus@avast.com marked as a false positive
