« on: July 01, 2009, 03:15:24 PM »
Polonus wrote on my highjack THIS fixes to check :

Files\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX\AcroIEHelperShim.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1CB20BF0-BBAE-40A7-93F4-6435FF3D0411} -

~~~how do i check to see if it is infected?  is there a way to do so with avast?
and does "Fix *.local"  mean all
asterick sometimes means all
can i just completely uninstall Spybot S&D with Tea Timer first before i alter the highjack this log,  it seems that Spybot is not compatible with Ad-aware anyhow or should i temporatrily disable tea timer b4 i apply the fixes?
thank you
Would this not have been better placed in the original topic where you got the advice ?
It keeps all the information in the same place.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.5.6116 (build 24.5.9153.762) UI 1.0.808/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security
