What is the name of the converter?
Moreover, try cleaning your temporary files via Disk Cleanup Utility of Windows.

This is not a specific name for a particular trojan, but a generic name for a family of them.
If you "Google" the file name "Win32: Spyware-gen[trj]" you will see a quarter of a million results in the results.
The risk is that it is a real detection (likely) that has installed on your system, the worst case scenario is that any private information on the computer will be compromised, or the computer made inoperable.

Upload the file to www.virustotal.org for a multi scanner online test. Please post the URL of the results page here.
I strongly recommend quarantining this until it is known to be safe.
From where did you get the video converter, and what is its name?
What is the full file name and path that is being detected?
Windows 10,Windows Firewall,Firefox w/Adblock.
