Cannot install AVAST PRO.

I've downloaded AVAST PRO EDITION and tried to install it several times. I first get a message saying "connection terminated retrying" It then starts and gives a message of "there was an error in downloading the packages". So I click the finish bar and AVAST is gone completely leaving me to start over. I'm on dial up, msn, win vista prem home, and IE. Any help would be appreciated.
