JS Script on Legit site

I keep getting a Trogan Warning stating http://m.www.yahoo.com is running a malicious script stating that a trogan has been found
JS:ScriptIP-inf [Trj]. Is this legit and/or how can I get rid of it? Thank you

It is a false positive, run manual update and get VPS 27.12.2009 - 91227-1
It is all over the forum if you look
