If you have forgotten your password, unfortunately the only reasonable way to resolve that is to reinstall avast.

SPANISH: Hola Tanis, lo unico que puedes hacer es desinstalar avast y reinstalarlo despues. Por favor, escribe en ingles porque es el idioma del foro, puedes usar el traductor de google: http://translate.google.com.sv
