virus or malware?
« on: January 20, 2010, 06:53:02 AM »
Hi.  I am so grateful for this site.  I have been having so many problems with my computer since I had it re-formatted to factory settings in Dec. (due to major virus/trojans on my computer corrupting my files).
So, I hired a supposed company who is supposed to rid my computer of the nasy pests.
They did remove 6 trojans, including a google highjack virus and a few malware last week, but I feel that I have more going on in my computer system.
They looked over my files two days ago and "didn't find any viruses."
I downloaded IObit about four days ago- it is AWESOME!  Except for the fact that it was disabled yesterday and I had to reinstall it.
I just ran a highjack scan and here are the results.  Can anyone help me translate these and help me figure out what is going on in this wonderful dell computer of mine- Oh, Mac, I get one inch closer to you every day!--- ::)

Anyways, I am trying to figure out if these are "real files" or if they are infected malware/virus/trojan files.
Thanks SO MUCH for your help with this. :)
