I cant transform valid pro licence

Where is the form? Please give me a direct link thanks. My friend use 4.8 pro version and he want to go v.5. I need a licence file.

Here - avast! 5 Pro license convert from 4.8 Pro license. Try http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php now, fill in the form giving your email and 4.8 Pro License key and they will send the new license file to you (presumably it will check you have a legit 4.8 Pro license first).

Which is why I gave you the link.

If the user installs version 5.0 over 4.8 then it will convert the existing license for use with 5.0 and the remaining license period will still be valid. So in this case they don't need to convert the license, if they do a clean install of 5.0, they will need to convert it.
