I bought it and I believe there is a special price deal on at the moment.

Quote
For a limited time*, you can get a 3-year license for Outpost Firewall Pro at the price of a 2-year license. Get your Outpost 3-year license today and save up to $24.95 off the regular price!

New customers
Go to http://www.agnitum.com/purchase/outpost/index_christmas.php to purchase your special-price Outpost Firewall Pro 3-year license.

Cracks/key generators aren't recommended, you are more likely get an unwelcome gift also, not to mention it deprives the company of revenue for further development. If people can't afford it there are free options that provide adequate protection when linked into your general system protection.

You can use free (and better, in my opinion) firewalls.

This is not a place - a mean, the forum - for cracks and keygens... sorry.

Well I certainly can't condone that action as I said it deprives the companies revenue to pay programmers, staff, develop the program further and that helps no one.

There are plenty freeware options not to have to use crack or key generators and it is certainly something the administrators of this official avast forum would condone either. Especially when they are fighting the key generators and crack users that despite there being a free version of avast want to use the Pro version without paying for it. So to condone one act is to condone all.

i know and i've stopped using crack programs and key generators..i know use only free programs for my protection that are rly effective and not illegal to use it(avast home edition :D)..i rly sry for using these programs that not only are illegal and brake the product rights but also some of them are trojans or viruses and make ur pc a mess..anyway i'm closing this conversation as is not allowed in this forum..sry again..

Jetico PF 2 Beta looks good too in that comparison. In the Jetico website you find that it "runs as privileged Windows service. It can protect computer before user logon". Is there anybody using it? I would like to know more.

Most firewalls installed as an administrator will have already established in some form before a user actually logs on. This isn't something only available to jetico, that is why the processes are seen in task manager as System.

Comodo blocks inbound by default.  Outbound can be blocked with the advanced security configuration.
