Help please

I have windows vista and avast installed. Have two user accounts created an admin and guest
Something/ virus or spyware is when I log on admin user. Suddenly a script start running:

It says your compuer is infected with spyware and following window shows up, seems like its checking for virus in my computer. Its heading is: "security tools". I ran avast fast scan and detailed scan on first scan it found 5 infections. which i deleted.

But now i cannot go online with firefox or chrome and above mentioned script keeps running. I can log on and go online from the user account "guest". I ran a detailed scan with avast and drcure found no virus/ spyware. I cannot do scan with drcureit from admin account.

Can somebody please help me clean whatever it is and what is going on?
