URGENT HELP FOR VIRUS
« on: September 19, 2004, 12:33:56 PM »
Hi,

I just got a virus warning called:

Win32:Mhtplo [trj]

When I click DELETE I get the following message:

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

This does not allow me to delete the virus.
What shall I do?
I did not move, I hope somebody can HELP!

Thank you
Alex

Run a boottime scan

start Avast > Menu > Shedule boottime scan

Since this is a temporary Internet file (look at the folder it is in) closing your browser and removing the file also may work.

Eddy,

It worked, I did the bootscan and it found the virus, then I deleted it and then run the scan again, it looks OK.

Thank you
Alex :)
