One Russian user has a problem with ADNM.

Some computers are marked with a key, and ADNM doesn't see the clients installed on those computers. According to installation logs everything was installed correctly.
What do the keys mean and what should I do to make ADNM work on these computers?

Could anybody help with the question? Me personally, I can't help the user because I don't use ADNM.
