You didn't give much information here. I assume you were running a full scan? I would run a boot time scan to see if it would help remove whatever it is that is denied while windows is running.

Probably because of locked or encrypted files.

If possible, please post the scan log :)

Same with me ,exact same error message as a scan result ..., the file cannot be moved to chest, in fact no action i try will succeed and the reboot scan did not address it at all

File name c/WINDOWS/assembly/...desktop(3).ini   threat level- high

status-  Threat: win32:Malware-gen

I have no idea what to do ?

Does anyone know ?

This can't possibly be considered the same as this error message can be associated with many things. Your appears to be malware related.

- Please create your own new topic, here http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0 in the viruses and worms forum (click the New topic button at the top of the page see image) and we will try and help you there.

- This needs further analysis by a malware removal specialist:
Go to this topic http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 for information on Logs to assist in cleaning malware. Use the information about getting and using the logs and start your own new topic and attach the logs there, not in the LOGS topic.

No problem, hopefully someone can check into it once you read the logs to assist in cleaning malware topic and are able to download, run and attach the various logs to your new topic.
