Unable to activate networkshield and mail shield

Does anyone has got the same problems.
Tried everything to make it work but nothing helps.

Have you tried repairing and reboot ?

To repair go to remove programs and click on avast then uninstall, scroll down to repair and accept then reboot when finished.
