File: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-1464223373-578957309-4228663229-1001\$R0164NF.exe|?nsis.hdr

This is a particular one that I'm having problems with as of these last few days - as far as I can tell it's not doing anything (dunno what it is to begin with), but whenever I try to move it to the chest, I get a message saying "Error: Virus chest server is not running. RPC communication failed. (2147422219)". Deleting just prompts a request for a boot-time scan (which runs flawlessly) and 1-2 days later, it pops up again by my screensaver scan.

Waiting for MalwareBytes to get done scanning, but so far it's not popping up with anything, either.

try to repair avast

For a repair of avast. Windows, Add Remove programs, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Change/Remove button from the pop-up window, scroll down to Repair, click next and follow.
