The log looks clean(to me). The audio.exe could be a "spamtrojan" just delete/or remove it from the Windowsdir if you want to keep it.

Which file is reported as infected and where is it located(folder)?
You/Avast should be able to clean the file in Windows safe mode.

Which file(and folder) is reported as infected? Could be a dialer

Please fix this:
O16 - DPF: {00000000-CDDC-0704-0B53-2C8830E9FAEC} (IELoaderCtl Class) - http://install.global-netcom.de/ieloader.cab

not sure exactly what the file name is because avast virus found pop up screen is not wide enough to show the full path of file name (i know... i have folders within folders) but definitely it is in my downloads folder on the desktop.

wait.. it is a file called "diablo 2 lord of destruction.zip"
should i try to move/delete or repair that file?

and also what  are both those 016 - dpf i need to fix?  registry keys or sw i need to uninstall?

The<y are "only"registry keys , the first one downloads you a Dialer.
You can use the on demand Scanner to see the infected file.

Test the file here: http://www.kaspersky.com/remoteviruschk.html

but it is safe to delete the file, because it still is Ziped and not executable.
