Wellcome to avast! forums  ;)
We're not so far from you  ;D

Well, why are you using avast Cleaner? Do you have a virus right now?
Is the error occuring while trying to clean an infected file?
Please, keep in English, we can understand you  ;)

What's the problem with "shared memory"?
Did Avast Cleaner give you an error message regarding shared memory?
If so, what error are you getting?

A screenshot here would be helpful.

You are using Windows 9x, right?
Occasionally, avast! Virus Cleaner freezes when scanning the shared memory area. I'm sorry about that, but I wasn't able to do anything about it - it seems to be a hardware problem or something like that.
You can start the standalone avast! Virus Cleaner with the command-line argument /ms - this will skip the scanning of the shared memory area.

Igor, typing Cleaner.exe /? we get a windows with all command line possibilities.
/ms is not there (only /m or /s)...
Maybe you can add this to 4.5 version for translation  8)

It's not a very common argument... and the help dialog is already quite big to fit on smaller resolution screens. I'd rather find a real solution - but the "bad" memory, causing the freeze, seems to be indistinguishable from the ordinary one  >:(
