I can't install update package. Avast show me the message: "can't install update ...". Help me please! :'(

Если кто понимает русский  -

Я на компе не могу установить обновления вирусной базы данных. Выскакивает ошибка установки. Что делать?

Which update, program iAVS, what?

Please Help us to Help you In order to help fully we need more information....
    - What OS are you using? is it up to date?
    - What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
