Avast did not detect it, spybot could detect it but is not able to remove it...

Have you tried malwarebytes quickscan ?

if no success, follow this guide and attach the logs....then a specialist will help you

follow this guide and attach  (not copy and paste)  logs from Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

Another method to remove Widgi Toolbar is to manually delete Widgi Toolbar files in your system. Detect and remove the following Widgi Toolbar files:
C:\Program Files\WidgiToolbar [or can be something randomly named]

Delete the above folder...but before doing that...please compress the contents of the folder in a zipped folder with a password and send the password protected archive to and specify password in email body....subject should be undetected adware

Registry Keys to remove:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{2DC9C611-D7C2-42A3-9312-BFF512812022} "(Default)" = "IWidgiToolbarHost"
KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{C3ABD5A3-E699-4B9F-97FF-25B121A41276 "(Default)" = "IWidgiBHO"
