URL Blocked Malware?

Im not sure if this is a similar situation that the other guy is going through but I keep getting newgeneration.com/p/ and oldschool something on my pop ups every 2 mins. I had a malware that was playing sound ads in the background and I couldnt close it, so i knew i had a virus. I caught the blue screen wice, and im scared my computer is going to be fryed soon. I system restored to a point before i had this problem, and now my avast is going wild stopping this virus from popping up?

Any help please? I'm not super computer savy, so in normal terms please!! Thank you!
