Avast! Antivirus keeps crashing and not working.. Leaving.

Hello.
After a few years on using Avast`s Antivirus I have had enough of Viruses getting into my system and avast not doign anything, plus today and yesterday the new avast keep crashing it doesn't boot up and it keeps crashing I am using a brand new install of Windows 7.. It cannot be A virus.. although twice yesterday and today my Firewall blocked a change in the system.. idk if its a false possitve or anytbing but I dont care anymore.. it was saying that C:/windows/system32/explorer.exe is not a real thing.. but it must be I just reinstalled windows just now.. I only have put applictions on what I trust.. what ive had for years but still Windows is acting strange! I cannot get Sophos Virus Removal tool to work it keeps starting up like a installer and so does must of the stuff on here now.. I dont understand.. Anyways is there a way on canceling this account and my my.avast.com account?

Well... I'm not a virus cleaning expert but, maybe, you could have received more help before if you have posted... You're talking about "enough viruses...", avast! is a quite good and serious antivirus. But not a program is perfect.
Anyway, if you're moving you don't need to delete your forum account not even the web portal account.
