Safezone error message
« on: July 02, 2012, 07:32:47 AM »
Whenever i revert to safezone i get a message that says "Your profile could not be opened correctly. Some features may be unavailable. Please check that the profile exists and you have permission to read and write its contents. "

I just finished checking my c:/ drive fore errors and ran a "sector check" as far as i know everything went okay. Does anyone know where i can find a log for running a boot sector check in windows 7? And would this have affected my AIS/Safezone?

I already tried resetting the settings for safezone = nothing.

I'm logging on as i always do = Admin

So far the safezone browser works but is preceded with the message before i can use it. I have to click OK.

Any ideas?

What version of AIS are you using?  Did you recently upgrade to a different version or do a clean install?  Did your problem occur after doing the upgrade or before?

Have you tried an Avast Repair (Win7):
-   Control Panel
-   Programs & Features
-   Uninstall a Program > Select Avast Antivirus
-   Click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair
-   Click Next and follow.
-   Reboot.
