Additional Protection Tab gone!

I just updated to 7.0.1451 and it took me a while to realize that the Additional Protection tab with Sanboxing and Site Blocking is Gone. What happened? I am using Vista SP2 32 bit. I updated the program using the Program Update button.

I am going to install previous image of my hard drive with 7.0.1426 until problem is resolved. Tip: Dont release new updates until you know they work. Most of us are not beta testers and dont want to be guinea pigs.
