the best way to tell is to download HJT from herehttp://www.lurkhere.com
and generate a log which you can then post here for someone to inspect . If you have any problems it will show up

i guess you must have deleted it already , ok the only thing that could possibly be out of place is this one O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [IE 3.0 RegSvr schannel.dll] C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsvr32.exe /s C:\WINDOWS\System32\schannel.dll           Unknown
Unknown         The entered application IE 3.0 RegSvr schannel.dll was identified: None. Hit rate: 5 % (result)         Unknown application.

i would be a little suspect of this one unless you know it to be genuine . the good thing about HJT is you can go back at a later date and re-apply your log file if you delete a good one by accident

here is a link to a report on this file  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q184055/

Have you considered that maybe the site you are trying to view/load is down for some reason?
another possibility is i see winsock-lsp problems on your HJT and i know ADAWARE has a lsp fix as a plug in attachment
that could be a possibility
ADAWARE SE can be found at lavasoft .
handy utility even if it doesnt fix this issue

go tools/ internet options/security/internet/set level to high medium or low .
